Subscription Plans

We offer flexible subscription plans, including monthly, quarterly, and annual options. All subscriptions include a curated Calm Corner Box delivered on a recurring schedule based on the plan selected at checkout.

Billing & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle
  • Payments are processed securely using the payment method on file
  • Pricing and subscription terms are clearly displayed at checkout

Renewals

All subscriptions automatically renew unless paused or canceled prior to the next billing date.

You will receive an email confirmation for each successful billing.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account, including:

  • Pausing your subscription
  • Skipping an upcoming box
  • Updating payment or shipping details
  • Canceling your subscription

Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment.

Cancellations

  • There are no long-term commitments
  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account
  • Once a box has been billed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded

Refunds

Due to the curated nature of subscription boxes, all subscription purchases are non-refundable once processed.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused until payment details are updated.

Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing, contents, or terms. Any changes will be communicated in advance via email.
