Shipping Information
We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Subscription boxes are shipped according to the billing cycle selected at checkout (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Please note: delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.
Subscription Box Shipping
- Subscription boxes ship once per billing cycle
- Billing occurs prior to shipment
- Any changes to your subscription must be made before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming box
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the curated and personal nature of our subscription boxes, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Subscription boxes
- Opened or used products
- Gifted or promotional boxes
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your box arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect items (if applicable)
We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
